At Alpha Productionz, we provide custom digital services such as embroidery digitizing, custom patches, and vector art. Since each order is made specifically for you, refunds are generally not available once the final design files have been delivered.

When a refund is possible:
If the file we deliver is defective (e.g., corrupt, wrong format) and the issue cannot be fixed after revisions.

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery for the issue to be considered.

How to request a refund:
Email us at alphaproductionz57@gmail.com with your order number or design name a description of the problem, and the file you received.

We will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will either correct the file or issue a partial refund
