How to Request a Refund
If you face any issue with your delivered file or order, you must follow these steps:
Contact our support team via email: alphaproductionz57@gmail.com
Share your proof of transaction (payment screenshot)
Provide a screenshot or file of the delivered design (stitch-out or artwork)
Clearly explain the issue in a detailed message
After receiving your complaint, our support team will review your case.
Response Time
You will receive an initial response within 7 working days If the issue is valid, an updated or corrected file (RAR format) will be sent to you via email
Refund Process
If your issue is not resolved even after multiple revisions or within 3 weeks, you may be eligible for a refund. For digital products, a 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the issue remains unresolved after review. Refunds are only applicable after proper investigation by our support team.
Physical Products Policy
For physical products: You must first contact our support team via email Proof of purchase, communication chats, and issue screenshots are required The product may need to be returned to our provided address in Karachi, Pakistan (our production department location) Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team For physical products, only 20% of the payment is refundable after evaluation.
